The IRC is a collection of materials for children & young adults that is intended to support education majors, however any W&J faculty, staff, or student may borrow items from this collection.

The IRC is located on the lower level of the library. The IRC has 4 divisions and they are shelved left to right along the wall in this order: Kits, Picture Books/Easy Readers, Fiction (Middle Grade & Young Adult), and Non-fiction.

Each year the library acquires award winners, like Newbery, Caldecott, Printz, etc, and adds them to this collection. The Fiction section is a good place to look if you want something to read for fun as it contains the Harry Potter series, titles by John Green, and graphic novels.
