The way our group pass subscription for the New York Times website works, faculty & staff are required to "renew" their account every year.
To complete this task, navigate to: https://go.openathens.net/redirector/washjeff.edu?url=https://ezmyaccount.nytimes.com/grouppass/redir. You will be taken to a website that looks like the screen grab below. Click on "Log in here" and then enter the username and password you used to set up your New York Times account.
If you are attempting to do this from an off-campus location, you may need to enter your W&J credentials before you get to the New York Times website.
If you have any difficulty completing your renewal, ask a librarian for assistance.
