Yes you can, and we absolutely encourage you to do so!
Any time you want to ask a question you can visit the User Services desk in the library, email asklib@washjeff.edu, or start a chat with library staff member on duty from our library homepage: https://libguides.washjeff.edu/home.
If you need more in-depth assistance you may want to make an appointment with a librarian at a time where you can both collaoborate on your issue. You can do this easily using our new LibCal scheduling software. From our library homepage you can click the "Make an Appointment with a Librarian" button or go to this site: https://washjeff.libcal.com/appointments?lid=6461.
Once on the scheduling site you can choose the librarian you'd like to meet with and then see their availability. Select the date and time you'd like to meet and then complete the form with your name, email address, and information about your assignment/question.
Once you've confirmed your appointment you'll receive an email with the appointment details. Most research appointments can take place virtually on Teams. So a link for a Teams meeting will be included in the confirmation email. If you need to or prefer to meet with a librarian in person, please email them directly.
